Summer of Off the Shoulder

It is officially beyond hot & humid here in Indiana. Today, I share one of my favorite go-to looks for the hot summer days. I am loving everything off the shoulder and of course stripes. This striped little number is so lightweight and everything I want right now. I also paired it with this clutch to add some color without over powering the stripes. Love it. To top it off and give a more coastal look, I added a panama hat. Everyone loves a panama fedora. You can shop this entire outfit at 7th & Park Boutique. We have so many great pieces and whole outfit looks right now. This look is going to be on repeat for the rest of the summer.

Holiday Ready In a Midi Skirt

Hello Monday! Hoping you all had a great weekend. Only one more weekend before Christmas! Are you ready for the holidays? Well, if you follow me on Instagram you saw my Holiday party look already, but here is more of my look. I wanted to share a more detailed post of my holiday look to give you any last minute details you might need for your holiday parties. This midi skirt…..oh this midi skirt! Many months have past by with me not taking the plunge to purchase a midi skirt. Finally, I had to add it to the wardrobe. I LOVE this skirt. Just makes you want to twirl around all night long.

For my husband’s holiday work party we headed to the casino and hotel down in French Lick, Indiana. It was my husbands first time here and my second time. We had so much fun and we are not even big gamblers. 🙂 Of course, no big winnings for us. However, I sure can make five bucks last a while on a penny slot. Any who, this skirt was perfect to be comfortable yet dressed up for the holiday party. This polkadot shirt and striped Kate Spade bag are perfect prints to pair with my new black midi skirt.
