Mid way through the work week and I am sharing my go-to office look. Today’s classic work look is always a go to for my hectic mornings before my 9 to 5 job. Okay, its more 8 to 4:30 but you get the point.  What are some of your go to items for the office? I like keeping it professional, trendy and comfortable all in one look for the office. And of course I am repeating my favorite color this Fall, olive!

This week has been rough for a few reasons. Number one is it is still dark until I get to work. This mean the cold is around the corner! And two, it is the week after a week long vacation.  It would be nice to have a vacation after vacation to adjust. 🙂 You know what I mean? I hope you are all enjoying the Fall season, I know I am enjoying it.

XOXO

Jessica

Olive Dress  \\   Tan Booties  \\  Necklace \\ Lip Color: Maybelline “Mauve It Up”

Do you ever want to just throw something “simple” on and call it a day?  Yeah, that is how most days go for me when standing in my closet to dress for the day and today’s look is just that.  All of today’s items are new items over at 7th & Park Boutique.  Sometimes, simple is just enough to not overdue your style. Olive happens to also be my obsession right now. Great trending Fall color!! Lets also talk about how the loose fit is just what you need during these cozy Fall times. I am already thinking of new ways to style this olive dress with cooler temperatures. 🙂 Maybe a leather moto jacket over the top? Yes, please. As for booties, you can never go wrong with a pair of cognac suede booties, these are less than $40 (free shipping).  And who doesn’t love dainty jewelry? I have a weakness for it all.

Outfit Details

Pants: Banana Repulic  ||  Top: Old Navy (old)  ||  D’orsay Flats: Nordstrom Rack

Happy Wednesday ladies! Today I share with how I took basic colors and added texture to make the outfit more than just basic. Transitioning to Fall is always about keeping it somewhat lightweight since the temps are still very hot. Adding texture to any outfit is always an option just make sure you don’t have multiple textures going on at once, it will over do the outfit. D’orsay flats are in right now, be sure to find a pair and color you love!
