Hello October! If you follow me on Instagram you know my favorite season is here. It also happens to be my anniversary month! Cannot believe it has been two years since my hubby and I said our “I do’s”. Time flies when you are having fun! The month of October always brings all of my favorite Fall things; the crisp air, the hot chocolate in cute coffee mugs, pumpkins-fall decorations, fall fashion and so many other “Fall” things. Did you all wear your boots and booties yet? I sure have been wearing them any chance I get during the cooler days.
Can we talk about this deep burgundy/wine/purple dress! No really sure the exact color. We all have ‘problem areas’ and mine happens to be my middle section so I stay away from things that show my ‘problem area’. This swing dress was perfect to give me room and the color is to die for. 🙂 Adding accessories is always my favorite part of completing a look. This tan floppy hat was perfect along with a dainty gold ring to put together my look. I recently looked through my closet to see what mix and match pieces I have to create new Fall outfits this season. Then, it was time to make a ‘must have’ list along with a ‘wish list’ for Fall/Winter clothing.
Be sure to head over to the boutique to shop our NEW arrivals! We restocked our plaid blanket scarf. www.7thandPark.com
Hope you all have a great weekend!

Oh my is winter over yet? Okay, I will take that it is half way through the work week instead. As I have mentioned many times before, my number one goal when getting dressed is to be comfortable. There is nothing worse than wearing something fabulous and being so uncomfortable. For me, today I was very cozy and comfortable in this everyday casual look. It is an easy outfit to replicate with what you already own in your closet. Go on, take a look in your closet. Black denim, check! Comfortable graphic T, check! Booties and a cozy open sweater, check check! Accessorize as you prefer. See, told you it was easy as pie! Okay, so maybe you are missing one of these pieces to make a casual everyday look? That is okay, I have listed above where I picked up each of these items. What is your favorite everyday casual look?
Did I forget to mention this hat was worn today because, well we all have a bad hair day here and there. 🙂 So this hat worked perfect to cover up a bad hair day and also worked superb with my everyday casual look. Bingo! You can also see how I wore this hat, here. Oh, before you go googling what OUI means, it is YES in French. 🙂 You’re welcome. By the way this graphic is on sale right now for $6.97, hurry! Good day my loves! Today, come take a tour with me in my tweed shirt I found a while back in the clearance section. Who doesn’t love clearance? If you read Monday’s post you saw the hubs and I went to southern Indiana for his work holiday party in French Lick. Before leaving French Lick, we decided to stop by the gorgeous West Baden Springs Hotel. This hotel is so unique and beautiful, if you are ever in the area you should stop. As we walked the grounds reading the history, it called for an improptu photo shoot. With such a beautiful backdrop I had to take advantage of the grounds for a photo shoot. Of course, weekend wear was a must for touring the West Baden Springs Hotel and our travel home. Do you guys love touring and reading the history of such great landmarks? This pretty place was ranked Indiana’s number 1 hotel in 2013 & 2014. It is located near Louisville. If you are ever near, you should go take a look!
Beautiful during the holidays too! Our Chicago trip is coming up soon. I love Chicago around the holidays!! Anyone else just love the hustle and bustle in the windy city during the holidays?
