Who does not love a great classic casual look? Since it is around the holidays my work is very ‘casual’ for two weeks. One of my favorite classic pieces in my closet is my blazer. I love dressing it with heels and jeans for a great on the go look. Today, I chose a few classic pieces to help keep it casual for work. These new d’orsay pumps are aaamazing. Adding great classic pieces to your wardrobe is key. My search for the perfect everyday black pump is finally over after about four or five months. It has been ages since my last OOTD post. I know, I know, sorry. These pictures are not the greatest either. My ‘photographer’ was having an off day. 🙂 I only have a few, a few meaning two photos to share.

One of my favorite go to pieces is a blazer. Blazers are a staple piece in my book and will always find a spot in my closet. They are a great piece to wear in the workplace and you can easily dress it down a bit for a not-so-stuffy ‘suit’ look. It is easy to wear to work AND out to dinner with your girlfriends. Here, I simply chose a skinny pant and graphic t-shirt to calm down my dressy blazer. By dressy, I mean this blazer is actually part of my ‘suit’ I own. I love its structure and fit. I have had this baby for 5 years and it feels and looks brand new!
