Springtime with Pink Blush

Today I have teamed up with Pink Blush Boutique to bring you my ideal springtime look.  Pink Blush Boutique carries tops, dress, bottoms and more for any occasion for all sizes.  Whether you need a casual look for weekend errands or something to dress up a bit, they offer so many options for your style.  This Pink Blush dress is a must have for your spring wardrobe.  I paired this pretty flowy dress with nude rockstud heels, the perfect touch if you ask me. Not to mention the entire night I found myself twirling and spinning in this cute and comfortable dress.   Sometimes it is hard to find cute dresses for women, but this one has such a lovely print I had to add it to my wardrobe.  Pink Blush has so many spring and summer options over on their website, take a look here.  Did I also mention they have cute styles for plus sizes and maternity too.  My look will definitely be a go-to for date night with my hubby.

Be sure to enter to win a $50 Pink Blush gift card over on my Instagram.  @mybrunetteadventure  *entry ends 3/24 and the winner will be announced 3/25!

Spring Pattern Mixing

Skirt: Bows and Sequins (here)  //  Crop top: Banana Republic (similar)  //  Heels: Poshmark  (similar)  //  Blazer: Express (similar

It is almost Spring so I had to share this look.  Up until recently, I have never purchased something from the television.  However, blogger Jessica of Bows and Sequins was on Evine Live with her new line. (You must go check it out, here)  As I was flipping through the channels, I stopped and fell in love with this skirt.  I immediately got on my computer to purchase this skirt. I now have purchased something off of the television! Florals have been all of my recent outfit posts but it is my favorite pattern this spring! What is your favorite must have pattern this Spring?

I love pattern mixing and this stripped top is a crop top tucked in. It works well with this colorful skirt.  Pair it with a short black leather jacket or a blazer.  It can easily be worn to the office or take off the blazer for evening drinks with friends. Top it off with your favorite black heels. If you are not sure how to pattern mix, you can start with a handbag or a pattern pair of heels.

What are some of your favorite patterns to mix?

With Love,

Spring Florals

Outfit Details

Dress: Gap (similar)  //   Jacket H&M  (here)  //  Heels: (old) (similar under $30)  //   clutch: EBay

Happy Monday ladies!  A little upset that I was only able to post once last week, but this week I have 3 solid post for you.  Today, I could not help but share some spring florals since it has been so nice out and spring is around the corner. Less than one week until the first day of Spring! Florals are definitely a pattern that is everywhere right now.  I kept my look simple with all other pieces in the outfit since the dress has enough pattern going on.  I chose to pair a jean jacket to dress it down a little but you can pair it with a basic cardigan for a more dressed up look.  Please don’t mind my pale legs, they have not seen the sunlight in sometime. 🙂  What are some of your favorite floral patterns right now? Do you prefer dresses, skirts or tops with floral patterns?  If you are not sure how to get into the floral pattern, you can start with smaller items such as a bag and gradually work toward say a skirt?

Oh, and if you have been following you noticed I cut quite a few inches off my hair! It was almost to my waist. I believe this is the first post showing the ‘shorter’ look.

With Love,
