Welcome to February my loves! We start off February with none other than a outfit post in the snow! Yes, as I was shooting this post, I was getting wind and snowflakes to the face. Brrrrrrr! Today’s look was definitely inspired by menswear. Although the jacket brings in a menswear look, I kept everything else about the outfit very feminine. What better way to keep things feminine than with this oversized pearl necklace? If you ask me this photo shoot would look way better with a Paris backdrop. Anyone else second that? Maybe this feminine look I created plus pearls and a beret, I think so. Get the jet fueled and ready! Okay, so no Paris backdrop, but I was diggin’ this thrown together look for the office today. How do you wear your menswear inspired pieces?
Any one else itching to get out of the cold weather? I am dying to take a nice long vacation to sunshine and clear blue water. Maybe My Brunette Adventure will be heading to sunshine and clear blue water in the coming months! Until then, it is working out like a mad women and getting in my #1800minutechallenge. I have joined others to reach 1800 minutes of exercise in 60 days! It is fun and definitely a way to stay motivated in my fitness routine. Be sure to check back to see what is on my shopping wish list this month!
Happy Almost Friday,
Jessica
Gorgeous photos, you look amazing! I agree, you totally need a Paris backdrop. Love it!
Good luck on your 1800 minute challenge. That’s right up my alley. Do you have a fitbit? I’m obsessed with mine.
