When the colder months roll around, this top is one of my favorite go to pieces for workwear.  Okay, this color may have been ‘color of the year’ a few years ago, but I love this shade of dark green and do not care when it was color of the year. Seeing this color I immediately think Princess Kate and of course her sophisticated style. Maybe the holidays also come to mind? This top will continue to make my wardrobe smile. These crepe straight trouser pants are so comfortable.  I love finding pants that are comfortable and not too stuffy to wear all day at work. I am pretty sure they fall in the category right above sweatpants. 🙂 They are that comfortable. These definitely have been on repeat for my workwear lately.  Confession time about these Nine West heels that have been in my closet for 6 years. Yes, 6 years! How do I know exactly how long I have owned this pair? Well, funny little story.  I bought these heels my senior year of college to begin interviewing for a ‘big girl’ job.  Look at me now, I would suppose I have a ‘big girl’ job and I am still rocking my heels.

If you cannot tell by a few of the pictures I am balling my fist up. Unfortunately, this means it is still extremely cold here in Indiana. It was super windy to add on top of freezing temperatures today. Grrrrr. Not my ideal weather, but I suppose we will live through it. Brrrrrrrrrr. Anyone else notice my change of scenery for todays post? 🙂 Yaaaaay! Stay bundled up friends!
